Mr. E.F. Young

Dear Sir,

Mr. Mann is to furnish
Bricks, Cement, Lead, Grave covers and Manure
for his tomb, you will keep no record of any
material he may furnish beyond seeing that
the same is delivered under his general Permit.

In regard to the Bricks delivered by Sands
for Mr. Mann, if Sands fails to return your
receipt, you may omit giving him a receipt
for the next fifteen hundred delivered for
the Corporation - In no case are you
to receipt for any of Mr. Mann's materials
in the name of the Cemetery, in fact you
need give him no receipt at all

Henry Lord Esq.

Dear Sir,

The party whom you
employed to curb your Lot has (in sodding)
omitted to leave a space for flower beds &
as they cannot be put outside the curb, if
made they will have to be inside the
Lot. Do you wish us to prepare them
for you, we still have the flowers belonging
to you which were taken out, at the time
the work above mentioned was commenced
and which we can replace without extra
charge, the only expense being for prepar-
ing the flower-beds, if you wish us to do
the work please write me a line to that ef-
fect and I will see that it is promptly done.
