Dear Sir,

Your favor of 16 th. inst.
is recd. I cannot authorize you to work
on the Tombs on Lots 4272 & 4273, or to bring
in materials for them until you obtain a
special permit and file it here. When
you obtain this you will be at liberty to do
such work yourself as is in accordance with
the general regulations of the Cemetery and
the special contract for building the tombs
and furnishing the lots, which we have made
with you.
