lots that the passageway is not
in the rear of the lots, but on the
west side running from Lawn
Ave and dividing your land
from the next lot fronting on
that Ave.

Dear Sir

I find that to repair
your fence in any lasting way
would cost at least $150.00
which is more than the fence is worth.

I can repaint it for $10. if you
wish, and when it rusts so that
it will not stand you can take
it away -

I will paint the fence & put a
good sod on the lot & enrich
it for $75 if you think well
of having it done.
