Dear Sir

I learn from our Treasurer
that you have already paid once
for the grading & sodding &c of your lot
No 4065. Why it was not then com-
pleted I cannot learn, but I can
say in excuse for asking you to
give a second order, that the lot
was sold & paid for & the order given
& paid some months before I became
Superintendent, and I do not find
on our books any memorandum
of work to be done or having been done
on the lot. Had I found any memo to
finish the lot, I should have done so as
I shall now.

tion in Lot 1786 Elm Ave. Geo. Johnson
Rep. and we have had no order to build
one except that left by you a day or
two ago. Please therefore write us def-
initely where you wish us to build
the foundation and erect the cross.
