As there seems to be some
misunderstanding among other parties in regard
to permits, I will respectfuly inform you in
regard to your Permit (you have applied to the Trustees
for) in order to prevent any inconvenience -

Your Gardening Permit does not cover grading
sodding, curbing, tomb building, foundations, or
any work not strictly gardening and I am directed
by the Trustees to require a special permit for
any lot upon which you do any work not gardening.

You may perhaps, understand the matter
fully, but if not please provide yourself when
necessary, with the permits & send them with
the sod, loam or other material you wish
admitted with the cemetery and leave the
permit with the Engineer.
