Dear Sir,

We have examine your Lot
#2559 Magnolia Ave, and find that there are two graves
in the back of the Lot which need resodding, the rest of the
sod can be put in order by top dressing, The repairs in-
cluding topdressing for the whol Lot will cost about $30.00.

Please let me know if you wish all or any part of the above
work to be done. The tree which was removed from your
Lot was only cut down after it had become completely dead.
