I have your
valued favor of Sept 24 ^th and
would say in regard to the price
of a lot near the chapel, that
we have but one piece on any
of our lots offerred for sale.

I think $2⁵⁶ is no more than the
land is worth and a lot near
the Chapel has recently been
sold for $3²⁵

I have several engagements on
Saturday which will prevent my
calling on you. I shall be at
16 Pemberton Sq between 12 & 2 o clock or
shall be happy to see you here
