Mrs Abel Tompkins:

Dear Madam

Your Lot #66,
which was sodded in the spring
of '71, like many others has suffered
from the dry weather of the past sum-
mer. The fall rains will probably do
much towards improving the sod.

With a top dressing of manure this
fall, it would undoubtedly present
a satisfactory appearance to you
during next year. The flowers
to me seem to be looking quite
well.

Very Respect'y
James W Lovering
