Halcyon Lake as Mr Bartletts
is graded, & to put up no curb-
stones, steps, or fences.

If you prefer therefore to take
another lot, I will exchange
it for one of the same value
elsewhere

Dear Sir:

The tree in the
rear shall be removed; but the
Trustee's would regret very
much to take away the trees
in the corners of the Lot.
Those in the middle of the Lot
they would not object to
having removed as much.

I should desire very much
that you would withdraw
your request that the corner
trees be cut.
