Dear Sir

It is decided to put up the
new Greenhouse this fall.

As there was some doubt as to how
much material there was on hand,
I wish you would see how much
there is, and give me a price
which will complete the wood
& iron work which may be necessary
to erect a house similar to no 4 & 5.
As well as the painting & mason work,
I propose to furnish the glass &
glaze the sashes myself, but shall
want to have you furnish the sash.
Please give me a new piece on this basis.
