Dear Sir

The cost of completing
the bank in rear of lots 3482 - to 3982 will be $550.

To remove the stockade fence on Chant Lot line
will cost $125 unless the posts are piled on Chant
Lot; this could be done a little cheaper.

The cost of altering the passage way (now paved)
between Maple & Halcyon Aves, into a path &
covering the stone walls will be $100.
