Dear Sir

Your favor of Nov. 25^th also new map. rec'd
There are a few more lots (sold since your estimated the
cost of new plan) which I shall want put on & which
I will see you about.

The Stone Farm has been laid out, that is a plan
has been definitely adopted. I think as we are to
publish a new map, it is desirable to have the Avenues
& paths located on it. To do this with accuracy, I
suppose the sectional plans should be made with
the paths & avenues. and they should be staked
out on the ground. The new plan was prepared from
a contour plan made by Col. Folsom.

Please give me your advise on this matter - as to
the best & most economical way of arranging the work.
You can probably borrow the new plan from ^^at 16 Pemberton Sq
Please make me an estimate of cost of putting the
plan of Stone Farm on the new Map.
