Mr Sherburne's lot measured to inside
of posts contains the correct quantity of land.

The lot is marked on the sectional plans here as
measured to outside of posts, and it escaped notice
that the discrepancy was just equal to the difference
in measurements. Perhaps the whole trouble may have
arisen from an error in sectional plans.
