The banks are in bad condition and need sodding
The cost of this including the preparations of flower
borders will not suceed $15 ⁰⁰

The By Law of the Corporation requires the Prop. of a lot
to have the number of the lot places on it; in this
case an in most others the number could be placed on
the front righthand corner Post at a cost of $3.00

The order that you gave me yesterday I will
have executed [ei]?; Care & plants ^$8.00 Top Dressing
the sod this spring ^$2.00
