Dear Sir

Your favor of Jan'y 7^th just rec'd.
I enclose a plan, showing dimensions of lot and distance
from path, also the levels of lot & path.
The size of thelot is 14'x15', and you can place a curb
not exceeding 1 foot in thickness outside of these dimensions,
if it is less than 1 foot in thickness it must be placed its thickness
outside of these dimensions.

The distance from inside of lot curb to outside of any curb
or plots in path is 5'-6".
The path is 3'6" below grade of rear of lot, and 2 ft below
front of lot.

After the lot is curbed the grade of land outside the curb
will remain as now, the lot itself being raised according
to height of your curb.

When you pattern is selected, should be glad to
arrange to set it for you, & will give you good work at
a reasonable price
