Dear Sir

The cost of building
the foundation for the Mont 6' - 5in x 5' - 2 in
10 ft deep as necessary in lot 3819
will be from $60.⁰⁰ to $65.⁰⁰

The lot is 20 ft wide and deducting
the width of Mont, there will be left
6 ft 1/2 in on each side of foundation
or 2 ft 3in for each interment which
will probably be sufficient, if no
room be wasted.

This is rather closer figuring
than is absolutely safe and of
course would not allow of brick
catacombs being built
