Sundays & receive pay if present. No others will receive
pay for Sunday work unless absolutely necessary for
purpose of interments.

Day, Rainey, & J.D. Hare can be employed in all weather
they are present; all other men will be only allowed
for such days as they work after Feby 1^st, and I ex-
pect you to stop the work if the weather is too stormy
to make it possible to work to advantage .

As this arrangement is somewhat different from
the present one, you have better see that all parties
understand it.
