I have as yet received no card ordering
anything on your lot 3819 Yew Ave.

The card sent you the other day from my
office was the only one from here sent this year.
Perhaps some outside party has sent you a
card. I enclose herewith a blank for your
signature which I shall be pleased to get back
filled out as you wish and will execute the
work thereon ordered in a satisfactory manner.
