Andrew Robeson Esq

Dear Sir

The price for the perpetual care of your
lot could be about $450 or 500. which covers the yearly
care of the lot & the repair or renewal of the sod or monument
when necessary. This sum is definitely fixed by our
Trustees, and they agree in their contract to keep the
lot in order whether the sum proves sufficient or not.

You can deposit with the corporation any sum you
see fit (say no less than $150) to be held by them in
trust and the income expended on the lot. In this case
they do not guarantee that the sum shall be sufficient,
they only agree to spend the income as judiciously as possible.

In case you wish to make either of these arrangements
I shall be happy to hear from you.

The address of the parties who had the care of the lot
last season is P. O'Brien & Son, 88 Sparks St. Cambridge.

In case you desire to choose your plants ^out here you can do so
at our greenhouses near the Entrance. Our gardener's name
is Collins.

Respectfully
J.W. Lovering
