Dear Sir

Mr Edwin Lamson larger lot
#1227, but has actually occupied the spot sold Mr W.G. Lambert
as #1221.

Mr. Crehore has bought of Mr. Lambert Lot #1221, actually
holding title to the spot occupied by Lawson.

As #1227 sold Lamson is not occupied, if Lamson transfers
his deed in that to Crehore, and Crehore transfers his present
Lot #1221 to Lamson (who actually occupies it) the deeds
numbers & maps will agree.
