Your favor of Apr 8^th is received.
I think that I understand your diagram fully,
as to the distance on the back & front of the monument.
I find the steps are not exactly in the center of
the lot, but it seemed to me that the monument
should be exactly opposite to them, which will
leave a little more room on one side than the
other.

If tomorrow is pleasant, the foundation will be
finished during the day.
