is received and contents shall receive proper
attention in due season.

I have filled out one of our blank circulars
to make an order such as I supposed
you wish executed. You will notice that
I have marked top dressing for each alternate year,
that I think is as often as necessary . --

By signing this order at the bottom of
the card you insure the care &c. of the
lot each year until you direct us to
stop. This plan saves a Proprietor any anxiety
about ordering each year -- This year (1876) the charge
will be
