Dear Sir

Your memo of Apr 25^th received. I
have sent to the Boston and Albany Depot every
day & learn that all freight shipped the 25^th from
Rochester was in some days ago.

It was distinctly understood that the shrubs & plants
were to be delivered ^^here before May 1^st. I have no
doubt that from some cause or other they are
not yet shipped & hereby give you notice that
I do not consider myself bound to receive them
the time fixed, having expired and countermand
the orders given by us to you.
