You have the first choice
of the land adjacent to your lot. If
you do not wish to buy then I
can sell to the first buyer.
The price of land for ornamental
purposes is $6.50 per sq.foot.

There ^^are about 60 sq.ft. of land that
Mr. Bates wants.

Mr. Mr. Bates has also first choice to
land (^^{a portion of} the same piece) adjacent to his lot.

What I wish to know is this -
Do you want to buy the adjacent
piece at $6.50 per sq.ft. or not.
