Several months ago M^r Webber complained
of the high prices charged for the care of lots in the
Cemetery. After the reduction in rates was made, a
note was sent to M^r Webber stating the facts. In reply
he sent an order at $1 less than the rates fixed and
a letter was sent to him stating the fact that the care
was charged for according to the size of lots. In reply
this last time, he sent the enclosed letter, in which
he desires the matter laid before the Trustees.

M^r Webber, proprietor of lot #1423 on Spruce Ave is
very desirous that the trees (two) next his lot should be cut
and I finally told him I would call the attention
of the Trustees to the matter at the first opportunity.
