One of the freestone
corner posts is broken and the fence
on one side is also broken in lot
#551 Indian Ridge Pa. This much
injures the appearance of this & surrounding
lots. - I therefore for the general good
propose to remove the fence & posts
& to leave the lot in good order, free of
charge if I obtain authority to do so
from the proper person. I applied to
Mr. G.F. Wilde was referred to Dr. S.P. Holbrook
and by Dr Holbrook was referred to you.

as may be convenient.

too poor condition to be repaired
and ever be satisfactory.
No new hedge can be setout
