Your letter of June 9 is
received. Last year the charges for the lot (which
contains 385 sq. ft.) were as follows

—1875—	—1876—	The card you received
$6.00	Care...$4.75	stated that the price for
5.00	Top dressing 3.75	care of^lots of 300 sq. ft. had been
6.00	Fill & Watering Vase...6.00	reduced from $5. to $4&

would be charged proportionally. I think there must
be some mistake as we filled [+?] took care of Vase
last year, of this of course you will, advise me.

I enclose order, in blank for your signature
These prices, are as near as I can get to the
scale of prices fixed by the Trustees. Trusting this
will satisfactorily explain matters. I have the honor
