David Snow Esq

Dear Sir

Your favor in regard
to the removal of an oak tree received.

I will call the attention of the Trustees to you request at the first
opportunity.

The tree stands in the lot of
another proprietor and not on land
belonging to the Corporation, and
I think it will be necessary to
consult him in the matter also

Respectfully

J. W. Lovering

Mr. J. T. Bowman

Dear Sir

Your letter
of 30th ult was received, in due
course of mail but, absence

its contents sooner.

I will look the matter
up, at the Boston office where all
the original papers are kept
and write you in the course
of a few days

Very Respectfully
