Dear Sir

All fees received for use of the
New Receiving Tomb. are to be divided according to
agreement with the Horticultural Society, they receiving
one-fourth.

I think the rates now changed should be altered
in order to simply the matter of dividing the fees, and
to get a proper compensation for use of the tomb.

The present charge is $25.00 in advance, of which $17.00
is refunded if the body is removed to a lot within four
months, leaving $8.00 to cover the Expense of use of tomb,
removal of body and interment in lot. If from the Cemetery, no [return?].

If the body remains over four months no return is made,
but after proper notice to the friends of the deceased, if
the body is not removed by them, it is placed in the
Receiving Tomb Lot, with out Extra charge.
