Dear Sir

I find a mistake has
been made as to the quantity
of land in lot 4575 which you
selected, as it contains only
one hundred and fifty feet and
not two hundred as told you.

Of course you are not bound
to take the lot if the smaller
quantity will not answer the
purpose & I hope the mistake
will cause you no trouble.

Will you let me know as
soon as convenient your decision.
