Mrs E. Dana

Dear Madam

Any repairs made
on the steps or boundary posts on
your lot should be at your expense.

I have men in the employ of the
Corporation who can do the work in
the most thorough way.

To put the steps in good order
would cost $700 and to cut off
all the corner posts (which is better
than filling them as the rust from
the iron rods will show after a time)
making them as good as new, raising
them a little to allow for cutting off
and numbering one post with lot number
$10. more, unless both jobs are done at once, when
they can be done for $15.00 If you prefer
to have the work done by someone
not connected with the Corporation,
the necessary permit will be sent
you as soon as you notify us
whom you wish to employ.

Yrs Very truly
J.W. Lovering
