Dear Sir

I can sell you the
passage way at a reduced rate
as ornamental ground, provided
it is not enclosed with the lots. I
can sell it as ornamental land in
connection with the lots you have
just bought (including the perpetual
care for $225, or as ornamental
land in connection with the Blake & Francis
lots (1/2 to each lot) without perpetual care
for $7⁰⁰, but this will hardly meet
your need on account of the enclosing
of the whole space.
