Dear Sir

To enclose your lot with
posts and chain will require, I find, 30 feet of enclosure
on the front side on Indian Ridge Path, and if only
the more level land is enclosed, 20 feet on the North side
and 10 feet on the South side, making in all 60 feet.

I should place the posts every ten feet, and leave
an entrance on Indian Ridge Path. In each of these
posts would be upright iron rods from which the
chain would be suspended. The cost of the whole
including painting, and a woodbases at each post
would be $35⁰⁰.

I will let you know tomorrow in regard to the
perpetual care of the lot.
