You speak in your note of post steps and edge
stones being the plan. I do not understand from
your use of the word edge stone, whether you mean
around the lot, or on the Avenue line.

If you mean on the avenue line on each side of
the steps, no stones of this kind have been permitted
for several years, as they were found to interfere with
the relining and improvement of the Avenues.

The tree in the addition will be removed in
a few days.
