Dear Sirs

No plants were put in the lots (1421 &1705) for care of
which you made a deposit, because the funds have not
been sufficient. The deposit was made in June 1879 and
while it can have been at interest but little more that a
year, the expenses of 1879 and 1880 - two years- has been
charged to the lot. I do not think the funds are sufficient to
keep the lots in good order and provide flowers.
