In reply
to your favor of the 23^rd March
asking an estimate for putting the
Channing lot in order I would say
that to paint the fence well &
renew the sodding would cost $110⁰⁰
which would be divided as follows

to lot #677	(G.G. Channing)	$2700
[to lot] 678	Heirs R Gibbs Channing	$5500
[to lot] 1145	Mrs Ed. T. Channing	2450

This would put the lot in thorough
order.

A smaller sum could be spent on
painting fence fertilizing sod & grass
seed but the result would not
be as speedy if as good.
