Dear Sir

I have examined lot #186 - Train prop.
and make the following estimate. To remove fence and
posts - fill and sod over old post holes, cut four corner
posts - cut number of lot - and keep lot in good order for
one year will cost $7.25 and the old material.

The lot ought to be graded and sodded that
would cost $28.00 additional.
