If you select another
lot here I will do what I can
to assist you to sell it without
charge to you. I should not want
to take it in exchange unless
you were going to take a large lot.

To put the sod in order would cost
$10, tho if the lot were kept cut
with a lawn mower it would look
better after a while. To cut with a
lawn mower $1.⁵⁰ per season.
