Dear Sir

When you gave order for save of your
lot you spoke of other repairs being needed.

Some rubbish lay on the lot during the spring and killed
the sod underneath to repair that and amend the
gatehook will cost $8⁰⁰/100. The myrtle also needs
repairs which would cost $5⁰⁰/100.
