Dear Madam

When you gave order for the care of
lot #2318 you at the same time ordered the myrtle to be repaired.

The gardener has examined the myrtle and reports that
the myrtle now there has been set into the sod without any
preperation whatever, and dig up the ground put down the
proper quantity of loam and manure should cost $ 21⁰⁰/100.
