I find it will cost $8 to repair
the step of tomb door.

A closer examination reveals another and
much more serious trouble. The hinge has split the
door jamb. To remedy that will cost $25 at least.

If at all convenient I think it would be much
better if you would come out and see it.
The other work will in the meantime be gone on
with.
