Your note received. -- I
have already written Miss S.V. Cunningham So Boston about
lot #477. It would cost the price of a new fence to
repair the fence now broke. I should advise its
removal altogether. I will remove the fence
cut over 4 posts for the corners, cut the number of lot on
one of them fill up and sod over the other post holes
and repair the broken headstones for the old material
and $8⁰⁰/100. The annual care of the lot will cost
$3. The only other thing needed on the lot is resoding
which if you care to go to the expense will be $30⁰⁰/100.
