Dear Sir

I regret to learn from the
gatekeeper that you make a complaint in regard
to property of yours having been removed from lot #2071.

By our charter we can only recognize one
individual as owner of a lot and the name of Mrs Caroline
Perham stands on our books as owner of 2071. The lot
was in very bad repair and we put it in order according
to Mrs Perhams instructions.
