Dear Sir

I have had the leading of the granite
on your lot #2651 examined and find no evidence of anything
but the ordinary deplacement of lead that is to be looked for
on any lot that has the same quantity of stone.

To thoroughly repair all the leading would cost $12.
The border stone in front needs resetting, that would cost $8.
