Dear Madam

Your letter is received.
The usual charge for a myrtle grave is $7 the work
and care being $3 and the myrtle $4. You ordered
3 myrtle graves and the gardener reported that you had
myrtle for half a grave. You were therfore credited
with $2, the charge on the bill being $19 instead of
$21, the price of 3 full graves. These are the lowest
prices at which the work can be done.
