Dear Madam
I am requested by Mr Mackintosh
our Treasurer to send you a copy of the order under which the
repairs to myrtle graves were done.
On May 12th I received an order for the care
of lot 687 and a request to examine the myrtle graves and
see that they were in good order. The gardner examined them
and reported that they needed repairs to the amount of $5.
I then wrote you a note (May 23) of which I enclose you
a copy and received a reply (June 6th) of which I also enclose
you a copy.
