The care includes cutting the grass, raking the leaves
and keeping the lot and borders neat.

From an examination of the borders it looks as
if $5 or $6 worth of plants would be sufficient
for all the lots.

It is not absolutely necessary to top dress the
lot every year. Some proprietors have it done
every year when in their judgement the lot
needs it. That matter could be decided on
in the fall.
