Henry Davenport Esq
Boston

Dear Sir

Yours of 7th is received.
Lot 767 had nothing done to it last year as
far as I know. It is in a very neglected
condition. The iron fence should be
removed. If the proprietor of the lot will permit
the Corporation to do this the old material will
pay for filling up and sodding over the
post holes, cutting down and rehammering 4
posts for the corners and cutting the number
of the lot on one of them. $3000/100 more would
pay for grading and sodding the lot putting it
all in good repair. If the fence is not re-
moved it will cost $6 to paint it properly.

Very respectfully
