Dear Sir

In accordance with your letter of
Nov 25th [18]81 and Mr Thos N Vail's of Nov 28th [18]81
I returned on the 16th inst the two hand telephones
(Nos. P. 162 & 3) to 109 Court St. The parties there
gave no receipt for them but promised to send
one. This has not been done and having
no acknowledgement for the instruments I notify
you of their delivery.
