Dear Sir

Your note of yesterday is received. The
Cemetery Corporation never furnish granite we only do the
setting when it is brought here - I have looked at your
lot #3401 (not #3216) and find a flight of steps would
have to be 1'-2" narrower than those on the Lawrence and
Rotch lots so as to conform to your gateway. The cost set
on your lot would I think be from $160 to $175 - but you may
get a lower figure from the stonecutter.
